Returns & Exchanges
At Candy Warehouse, we want your celebrations to be sweet, but due to the perishable nature of food products, we can only accept returns on non-edible items or incorrect shipments. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues with your confectionery delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are unopened, non-perishable, and within 7 days of delivery as we cannot accept returns on melted or opened candy.
Request Authorization
Contact our Sweet Support team via email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.
Pack Securely
Place the items in their original packaging with the RMA clearly marked on the outside of the box to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Shipping and Refund
Ship the package to our warehouse using a trackable method; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund minus original shipping and restocking fees.
